Erol Bilecik was born in 1962 in Antakya. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in his hometown. He graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering in 1987 as one of the first computer engineers in Turkey.

In 1989, Erol Bilecik founded İndeks Bilgisayar A.Ş. and became the CEO of the company. With a mission to be a technology product supply centre for computer companies throughout Turkey, İndeks Bilgisayar A.Ş. has been offering the products of more than 200 global brands to individual and business consumers in Turkey through more than 8,000 business partner channels.

Erol Bilecik served as the president of TÜBİSAD (Informatics Industry Association of Turkey), one of the oldest non-governmental institutions in Turkish computer industry between 2002 and 2005, and ITU Alumni Council and ITU Alumni Association between 2010 and 2014. He has completed his assignment as a President of TÜSİAD (Turkish Industry and Business Association) which he has carried on since Jan 12 2017, with the General Assembly dated 20.02.2019.

He has been a board member at Fenerbahçe Sports Club since June 5th 2018. As of 4th September 2020 he has been appointed to a Vice President and continues his responsibilities at Fenerbahçe Sports Club.

The Grand National Assembly of Turkey honoured Erol Bilecik with the Meritorious Service Medal in 15 July 2010, for his support and contribution to the field of education.

Mr. Bilecik is married and has two children.

Born in Giresun in 1965. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Bulancak and graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences in 1987. He began to work at the accounting department of Yücelen İnşaat A.Ş. in 1987 and soon was appointed as the Financial Affairs Manager of this company, which he continued until 2000. He began to work as the Financial Affairs Director at İndeks Bilgisayar AŞ in September 2000. In 2003, he was appointed Deputy General Manager in Charge of Financial Affairs of the company. He currently serves as Member of Board of Directors of Datagate AŞ, Despec AŞ, Neteks AŞ and Teklos AŞ. He has been an Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor since 1985 and is a member of Istanbul SMMMO (Chamber of Independent Accountants and Financial Advisors of Istanbul). He has the title of Independent Auditor. He is married with two children.

Born in Erzincan in 1973, Çetin Ekinci graduated from Kabataş High School in 1990. Ekinci completed his associate degree in the Mathematics Department of Istanbul University in 1995 and continued his undergraduate education in Anadolu University Department of Public Administration. Ekinci started his working life in the accounting department of İndeks Bilgisayar AŞ in 1990, where he worked as the Planning Manager in the period of 1997 - 2002 and as Logistics Manager in the period of 2002 – 2014. He has been working as the General Manager of Teklos AŞ since March 2014.

Çetin Ekinci is married and has 2 children.

Born in Istanbul in 1990, Kaan Bilecik graduated from Üsküdar American High School and then from Koç University, Department of Economics in 2014. Bilecik completed the digital marketing certificate program at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2015, then has undertaken important duties and responsibilities at many points of Index Grup companies after his education life. At the General Meeting of 2021, he was elected as a Member of the Board of Directors of Index AŞ, Datagate AŞ and Despec AŞ, which are publicly traded Index Grup companies. Bilecik has been working as Index AŞ Sales and Business Development Director as of July 1, 2021.

Kaan Bilecik speaks English as a foreign language.

Born in Antakya in 1979, Bahadır Bilecik graduated from Niğde University, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2002. In 2003, he started to work as Retail Sales Group Customer Representative at İndeks AŞ. Between 2005 and 2007, he worked as the OEM Marketing Group Channel Manager at İndeks AŞ. In 2007, he worked as the Wholesales Manager at İndeks AŞ, and in 2009 as the Sales Manager at Anatolia Widespread Sales Group. Bilecik, who worked as a Sales Manager at Neotech AŞ, one of the Index Grup companies, between September 2012 and March 2014, assumed the position of Sales Manager at Datagate AŞ, one of the Index Grup companies, in March 2014. Between November 1, 2019 and November 14, 2022, he worked as the Assistant General Manager of Sales at Datagate AŞ. Bilecik continues his career as the Assistant General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Teklos AŞ.

Born in Rize in 1971, Suat Aşar graduated from Küçükköy Industrial Vocational High School in 1989 and started his career at Uyum Makina San. Tic. Ltd. Şti as draftsperson.

Aşar worked at Index Grup in 1997–2010 as Logistics&Storage Supervisor and has been working as Storage Services Manager since 2010.
